Well i told them i didnt want to do the rotors n they said they cant honor the warranty fir the pads unless they machine or replace the rotors. And the total for it all to be done was about close to $180.00 to $200.00. Choices have consequences and since I was treated with the same behavior as my son was I felt compelled to review. I have done business there several times and your treated with professionalism and respect. My advice is to consider other shops like CBA Christian Brothers Automotive a few doors down on Kingston Pike. This tells me and others alot about the owner and the business he expects people to patron. When I went to follow up with the owner to determine the facts and a possible resolution I found the owners responses and insults consistent with someone who made a mistake and didn't want to admit it. My son called the police who followed up. The assistant manager had to come out to encourage the owner to stop the aggressive behavior.
A note was left on our windshield, and the owner proceeded to express their anger and displeasure by physically pressing his chest into my son, holding the car door closed and then standing in front of the car as to attempt to not allow him to leave the lot.
